sip trunking with avaya ip office

I am configuring oxo with avaya ip office with sip trunking, but when i am not able to make call on avaya's extension, i am sending cdb file (convert it on cdb ) as attachment, please tell me what i have to do in it to make calls avaya's extensions are from 300-399

Some observations:
First of all the gateway was down the moment you took this database. can you ping Avaya from OXO subnet?
Second: in gw parameters: you should enter domain and realm as IP of Avaya
Third: in SIP public numbering remove + (maybe Avaya doesn't like it) and use at calling/called regionalk undefined, unknown, DDI; otherwise the numbers you send/you call will look like +00911xx/+00913xx (for canonical international for example).

try to check your ARS. coz we are using 3rd party and its working fine.

now when i ring avaya ext, after some seconds silence it gives only two rings and call gets disconnects. there is no speech also. please tell me the solution

calling starts but alcatel user not hear very clear to avaya user. but avaya user hear clear, please tell me the reasons

We can only guess (we are not clarvoyance here): networking issue, codec framing issues...

thanks for your reply,, In avaya we are using G711_A Law codec, in oxo we are using default. please tell me which codec can we use in oxo.

You can use g.711, g.723, g.729 with different framings. What framing are you using in Avaya? Probably you have a network issue. Are you using any kind of QoS?
