OXO OpenTouch Conversation

hi,
i have requested licencse for oxo r 10 with opentouch conversation license. but according to the document i dont see the license tab for opentouch conversation users. all i see is ip user license. i can send the license file for some one to check if maybe our pre-sales did something wrong or not?????

in l3 is the cap of the ducument of the license tab to be checked and how to add the opentouch conversation user. but here too when i try to add i dont see the ot conversation tab when adding. see pic l4

im using R100_040_002 (OXO) and selected downloading all files when i did the software download.

can any one advice on this please.
