Automatically sending external calls to voicemail during certain hours

I have a system that I am configuring for a school, and the principal there would like the classroom phones configured so that external calls to the classroom extensions are either sent directly to voicemail (during school hours) or ring to the extension (after school is out). The idea behind this is that she wants parents to be able to call a teacher directly once school is out but doesn't want anyone outside of the campus calling in and interrupting classes during the day.

Is this possible?
