Hi!
I need to set up outbound priority to an analog extension for an alarm.
I declared the extension as "Bank Alarm" and it works fine, when all outside lines are busy, it releases one and places the call from the alarm.
My problem is with inbound calls.
The alarm company wants to have remote access to the alarm device, and it need a dedicated DID.
If I set it up in the numbering plan, the DID call always goes to the operator. Also, if I make an internal call to the bank alarm extension, it's always denied.
In Summary, I would like to have the Bank alarm feature, but I would also like to be able to receive DID calls on that extension.
Is it possible? Or is it another way to allow the extension priority without the Bank alarm feature?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Bank alarm extension
Have you tried internal call? Only to knows if is you DID configuration or is because of bank alarm feature.

Re: Bank alarm extension
Hi. Thanks for your time.
Translation table is correct, it works if I take the "bank alarm" feature in "Misc." section.
The extension with the "bank alarm" feature also refuses internal calls.

Hi,
You must modify the noteworthy address " BkAlrmCall " from 00 to 01 to enable incoming call to the alarm/emergency device.
Cheers
