8) That's ok, it was helpful anyway.. I am sure I didn't mess up the config.
Anyway, I made it simpler .. will just route MLAA to an actual working extension and Immediate divert that to HGRP.. with Dynamic Routing to Voicemail it should end up in the right mailbox.

Hey guys,

You can point the MLAA to a virtual you will just get a warning message the same as pointing the MLAA to a speed-dial enter the number in then validate tree structure, you will see a warning however this is due to the MLAA not able to monitor the set the call routing will still function, you then select transfer to server.

The only time this is an issue is if you receive an error after tree validation then you will not be able to transfer to server.

Hope this helps

Also with the introduction of cascaded dyn-routing point to the virtual and instead of immediate diversion set a dynamic route for 0 seconds to the hunt group the increase cascaded route to 2, then in the hunt group set timer 1 based on the ring duration and route the hunt group to the voicemail pilot number.

The calls will then route back to the virtual mailbox.

I hope this helps
