Re: External blind transfer
Hi fernan05
You need to configure simulate off hook time. Which kind of trunk do you have?
Best regards.

Re: External blind transfer
Hi
Go to external lines --> protocols --> analog trunks 1 NDDI and press modify:
Modify all Off-Hook simul timers to the time you want. In analog time I use 3000 ms.
Go to external lines --> protocols --> analog trunks 2 PCM and press modify:
Modify all Off-Hook simul timers to the time you want. In analog time I use 3000 ms when I don't have metering. When I have metering I use 90000 ms. Why this? Because in PCM trunks you have Off-Hook signaling. You put these times as 3000 ms, if B side answers after this 3000 ms all tickets are printed with call duration time as 00:00 . You put these times as 90000 ms, when B side answers the tickets are printed with call duration time due to Off-Hook signaling from E1 PCM R2.
Best regards.
