Problem with the lateral tonne in A4200E
I would like your help with a A4200E.
Is in operation and hold: 1 x DLC, 5 x SLC8, 1 x SLC4, 1 x SOTO 8, 1 x SOTO 4.
Past 6 months after a major blackout appeared in place of side tone a strange sound is like rain, after 2 days however came back, has now been 10 days that continues this sound, replaced power supply. Supplying the problem remains to note that all other functions have no problem except when you lift the handset you hear me up in response to hear that the rattling noise.
Has anyone on the problem, how deal with it?
Thanks

It might be a blind shot, but try to replace the handset.
I have seen before that a defect handset can produce strange sounds.

Understand the problems created by a device, we noticed that some old tech devices not ringing, while the PBX routes the call, the device does not ring and if you lift the handset reply normally.Friday wrote:It might be a blind shot, but try to replace the handset.
