Alcatel 4200D small no startup

I have a problem with a 4200DS. She is after a software upgrade will fail to start. Instead, the left LED flashes only 13 *, the rigth LED no flashes.
The System has no DMC or SWC installed.
Is there a way to reset the system back to the old Firmware?

Hello Felge,

I think your CPU is in heaven.....

The only thing that will help is to reload the CPU by using a memory card (see the TC on the BPWS, there are a very old one describing the way to use the memory card).
