Would like to seek help from you. Since friday I am trying to resolve this issue
I haven't change anything suddenly our international calls turn to unobtainable it works after several minutes then when you dial again it will go back to unobtainable. The ping to the IP address and traceroute to the IP addres to our SIP provider using CMD is fine however trace route using services/webapps could not arrive to the SIP provider end.
I can call any number using the SIP provider IP address and account in softphone(xlite).
The gateway status alive is all down

It is a networking problem. If you can reach SIP provider IP address using CMD from a computer, and you can not reach the same one from OXO webapps, you have a networking problem. You need to check OXO gateway address and firewalls.
The gateway is alive now however our international calls works on and off(unobtainable). The traceroute to SIP provider is now successful up to the end. The trace extraction is similar to I posted.
In the History Table
Every 6-8 Minutes the Remote gateway goes up and down event 223 and 224 then SIP registration failed event 147 with physical address 50#1?
Have anyone encounter this kind of issue?
Ping to pabx IP address, sip provider IP, LAN gateway, are all working fine from CMD to Switch up to firewall ping and traceroute

I understand from your remarks it is still with networking problem. It is not the OXO, in my opinion.
If OXO is sending REGISTER and SIP provider is not reachable, Event 147 is created. History table, in my opinion, is very simple to find something out.
First, you need to stabilize register and remote gateway up. After this you try to make calls.

This is check out by ping. In gateway parameters or ARS Prefixes you have ICMP configuration (300 ms) that checks up/down out. If remote gateway goes up and down, ICMP problem between OXO and SIP provider.Every 6-8 Minutes the Remote gateway goes up and down event 223 and 224
It may be the same reason. Wireshark traces are your friend in this case. It can show you the registration SIP packets, where you can see OXO sending REGISTER and receiving the next step, or not.then SIP registration failed event 147 with physical address 50#1
