How to detect if incoming call is on-hold call?

Post by swdev »

Hi there community,

I am developing an integration application that get call by Pimphony when there is incoming call.
Each time a new call come in, my integration application will open an Access Form.
It works as expected.

But some minor issues arise when we make the user in on-hold state. When the phone get rings back, my integration application will always call the same form again.
What I mean is, is Pimphony give any argument when it call my integration application if it's an on-hold call?
This way, I can detect if it's an on-hold call.

Or if there isn't any, I think I must modify my application form to make it in on-hold state..

Thanks,
Eko
