Pimphony error call contacts with outlook

I have a PIMphony 6.8 on Windows 7 (64-bit) with Outlook 2013.

Calls from the PIMphony work well and make contacts search in Outlook, but when I enter contact details and pulse call fails. :oops:

Alcatel TSP 64-bit is installed and the model Acatel TAPI provider is properly configured, but does not connect to the PBX.

I have updated the PBX to release 11.2 and remains unchanged. Any ideas? :?:
