CONNECTION OXO ELASTIX

Hi all
I 'm going to integrate OXO with ELASTIX
I want have OXO as GATEWAY between TDM PROVIDERS LIKE TELECOM ITALIA and ELASTIX
I have configured OXO and Elastix as in the file attached
It works as incoming call from TELECOM to ELASTIX
Run also if we call from ELASTIX user to OXO user
I have only a big problem when I make call to external user (telecom user ) doesn't work
In the trace I have the message side elastix :

I think the OXO cunfiguration it seems OK I have some dought on ELASTIX trunk configuration
There is someone could help me ?
I have attached a file where there is OXO ARS and PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PLAN configuration and ELASTIX TRUNK CONFIGURAZION

What public number are you dialing and how is joining configured on OXO side?
Is your sip tg declared as private (not available in your screen captures).

All pictures
I have configured OXO like pictures
It is the same
doesn't change problem
The only figure I haven't changed is Trunk rights
In Barring is better 1 then 4
But if I put 4 not change enything

But what does 4 means on your oxo? Full rights?

In my OXO 4 means full right
But if I put 4 in the trunk in the matrix barring send me as subscriber to 1 and is barried
I have to put 1 in the trunk to have in the subscriber 4 corrispondin to 4 full right
If I put 4 in the trunk barring I can't do call in the VOIP trunk
If help ypu I send a picture of MATRIX barring and Trunk barring
I have done all as in your pictures unless the barring trunk I have seted to 1 is OK for calls from OXO users to ELASTIX users
Internal calles
If I oput 4 I can't call ELASTIX users

Assign the trunk the same rights as one user who can dial all the numbers on OXO side.
Again: which is the number that needs to be dialed on public side and which number are you dialing from Elastix? (are you adding 0 in front of the public number in Elastix and send 0 to OXO?)

Yes I make 3357267089 my mobile phone
and in ELASTIX I add 0 in front of public number.
If you see the trace the number trasmitted from elastix is 03357267089 that means elastix send the correct number

I have this phenomena
If in the Incoming call hendling I put : in Public line -> Private Caller - Other case : Release
I have disuation or I receive to asterisk : error 603 : Decline - OMNIPCX is busy

If in the Incoming call hendling I put : in Public line -> Private Caller - Other case : Go to attendant
The call goes to the attendant
It means that OMNIPCX receives the call but not in the right way to do breack out to public TELECOM but it doesn't know what to do

Configure in private public numbering 0 with keep and try again.
Show us what is 0 in OXO. (internal, public, private numbering plan)
If you dial 03357267089 from a set in OXO with the exact sharing and barring rights as you have configured on the voip trunk and (I stress and) trunk group are you able to dial to reach your mobile?
Is the voip access configured as private?

I have made your suggestion no result
Now I have changed release . Before I had release 7.1
I have made a connection with 10.2 release and I have the same problem . I have problem now also to call OXO user
I think the problem is some parameter in the IP GATEWAY declaration side OXO
I attach the configuration file of release 10.2
Could you give a look perhaps could be better seeing directly the configuration then my argomentation.

I have not worked with OXO since 4 years now. I need to install an OMC and a DB adapter to open your DB.
Please answer the questions also.

If you dial 03357267089 from a set in OXO with the exact sharing and barring rights as you have configured on the voip trunk and (I stress and) trunk group are you able to dial to reach your mobile?
