Send External IP address to SIP trunk

My current SIP provider is changing platform and they now wish to see the public IP address of the OXO. I have upgraded the OXO to 10.2 and set VoIP parameters-> topology -> IP address to the public IP address, but they are still not seeing it. Do I need to do something else?

My mistake, the system is altually sending the phone IP address instead of the Public IP address.

Well then you need an SBC. OXO is the Register and Proxy of your sip phones.
To have a unique ip address sent to the external gateway needs something to filter those phones requests and centralize them, that is job for a SBC or another Sip gateway.

Thanks cavagnaro. The provider has indicated that they have had this working with other OXO systems, but I am inclined to disagree. I am currently testing with an approved AL partner and the portal is showing the external IP address as registered, but I am having a problem with no media either way which is another problem.
