OXO RE-INVITE with Authentication

Hi to all. I have a challenge with SIP on the OXO when registered to a Huawei Switch. It registers OK but fails to make any calls. On looking at the traces i find that any invite message sent to the SIP Switch gets an SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required and fails to Re-invite with authentication.
I have looked at the SIP noteworthy addresses TC1765 and cannot see how you can get the OXO to RE-INVITE with Authentication. I might be missing it.
Please could you advise if the OXO can RE-INVITE with Authentication?

Don't enter a realm in your SIP gateway. This prevents the proxy authentication.

Thanks for the response but i have no realm defined. The challenge i have is that the OXO does not send a Re-Invite WITH AUTHENTICATION after the SIP SERVER(SIP SERVICE PROVIDER) respond with a SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required. This is the response from the SIP SERVER(PROVIDER) after the OXO has sent the first INVITE. Please look at my gateway settings in attachment.

Strange - it is working fine in OXO Connect and in OXO RCE.
Just curious - what is configured in ARS/SIP accounts?

Have you tried on the "Registration" page, just to check the "Requested" box?

Hi All

Thank you for the responses...

Escalated this issue to ALE support. They logged in and verified that the OXO actually sends the Authentication required but the issue is with the Huawei switch which seems not to act on this. Attached is a trace and UDP trace showing this. I have relayed this back to SP but any help with the Huawei end will be appreciated.

In some cases it could help to disable the SIP trunk some minutes. Maybe the ITSP blocks temporarily.

I am facing the same situation here.
Did you change any configuration in OXO to send Re-INVITE after 407?
You posted two traces where I can see OXO just sends an ACK after 407 and nothing more. But the last trace you posted, after ALE support, I can see OXO is sendind Re-INVITE.
