8001G callback

I connect 8001G sip phone with oxo connect, but callback feature is not functioning .
Is it possible in oxo connect for callback feature with 8001G sip phone?

Callback is not supported with SIP phones.
Check System documentation/User services, table 77.3.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
