PimPhony IP Media user

I have recently upgrade from R9 to oxo connect 2.1, and my PIMPhony IP Media user is not working. it shows that license issue. but if i configure the pimphone of simple extension it works fine(but unable to call from PC). can someone help, how to configure it as an IP media user.
