We have an OXO Connect R2.1_037.001 with Call Center (ACD) licenses.
On the ALE business partner website I found only the application package ACD_10.2.0_10.100.01_XX_Alcatel.zip
The problem is that Agent Assistant can not make calls unless it is installed on Windows XP. On Windows 7 32-bit or Windows 10 64-bit, the call does not go away. The other functions seem to work.
The question is whether anything can be set in Windows 7-10 to be able to make outgoing calls from Agent Assistant?
