hi Luca,
your screenshot is showing only some information about announcement in a newspaper? I don't see anything about your OMC?
you need to go into subscribers , choose add and there you choose a MyIC user and a give a directory number. when it's created you go inside this new user and go to services to activate nomadic mode, once this is done the system also has created a new virtual user with a mailbox.

Since you asked your reseller to open an eSR you also can wait on their reply.

regards,
Patrick

hi luca,

in the attachment ( it's in Portuguese not Italian) you see you need to go into the lista degli apparachecci.. , then you click on the rightside top icon "incluir" and then a new smaller window opens were you can add My IC mobile, choose the EDN and name. after this press OK and enter "detalhes" - there click "serve cent" icon and there click on direito a função Nomadic. after this click ok and then the system will make a new virtual EDN related to this MY IC.
regards
Patrick

Thank'you VERY much for your answer

In my OMC this option is greyed out., see the attached file

Why?

In my installation some license is missing?
Shall I must enable other things ?

Thanks once more.

Luca.

No. This means that the person who gave the omc program took out the expert.dll so you can not login as expert/ installer and so you cannot move/add/change/delete all possible items.
You need the full version of omc.

At second thought it can also be a license or oxo version issue

Thank your for your reply

In the attached file the version number 10.1.11.1, the presence of expert.dll and the login as a installatore (Administrator?) not costruttore (bulider)

Which license is missing? I've attacched also a screenshot of e-applications...

From the screenshot you added I can't see the myic licenses. It's on another license tab in the omc
