Microsoft CRM linked to R10 OXO with 6 agent ACD

Hi Guys, have a issue where a client wants to link Microsoft CRM to his OXO with R10 software the OXO has the ACD pack with 6 agents and MLAA, it does not have CSTA or PC assistant licenses . I have looked through the Knowledge base and can only find reference to a workaround using ACD agents assistant which i am going to presume is the PC assistant option in Actis.
do any of the Alcatel Unleashed members know of a working solution and documentation or provide a link to a company that provides a interface
