Blutooth headset with CSTA Login

Hello,

I'm trying to use bluetooth headset in a call center environment.
My teleset is a IPTouch 4068, and they usally work with wired headset connected with a Genesys system.
I have no issue to pair bluetooth headset with th phoneset.

This is the problem I am facing:
- When the agent is logged in manually, all works fine
- When the agent is logged in via the CSTA, the headset does not get sound when handling a phone call. The only means to get it, is to pair the headset after the CSTA loggin (and for each logging).

I have already tried to set/unset "headset mode" on logging request, with no success.

Does any one faced the same issue and succeded to make it work ?

No clue but what I'd do is to compare both login requests at TServer logs.
When you log manually the event will also reach the TServer so you can grab it and compare to the one Genesys is doing on your app. Maybe there is an extension missing at your request.

Thank's for your answer Cavagnaro.

Unfortunately there is no difference in Genesys logs when I connect manually with bluetooth headset paired and when I connect manually without headset paired.
And no Genesys documentation talk about that case.
I really doubt that this is really working when the connection is done via CSTA.

Anyone managed to make it work ?
