OXO -Hotel Mode/ IP

Hi,

Problem Definition -Calls are not showing on TicketCollector.xml and here is what i did;

1. PCX
-Version 8.1
-Set in hotel mode
-Subscriber -Counting -All Calls
-Counting -IP metering

2. OLD drivers
-Installed as Hotel version
-Version 2.3.5
-Test fine with PCX (ping works well)

I would appreciate your assistance very much.

HEllo

You have to configure the OXO in all needen points for OLD.

System mesc -> Hotel option. Print ticket on Check Out

MEtering
Metering printout.
Cherck all boxes for Hotel Tickets.

Metering-> Active hotel
Print on check out

And then you need to make launch configuration application from the OLD and run at least the first test connection
