Hotel Guest Voice Mail Box Name Recording

Hi,

We set the OXO(Release 102) to Hotel mode and want to use the internal VMU for hotel guest. System is forcing hotel guest to record their name before consulting the voice mail. Is it any ways to disable this requirement? Thanks in advance for any help~~
