GD/GA/INTIP/RGD: reason of reboot 1

Good day,

I have 1 node and 13 PCS with crystal and MG hardware, today all crystals rebooted, in each shelf appears

GD/GA/INTIP/RGD: reason of reboot 7

That means that a rstcpl command was executed.

But the main shelf appears

GD/GA/INTIP/RGD: reason of reboot 1

I dont know what means "Reset on exception of the real time task".

Beside the stand-by CPU reoobted too but with stop telephone task.

Could anybody tell me if all were for the same cause????

Hello mate,

today, I m facing approximately the same issue on my system,
I have a CS (appliance Main Server) and over than 21 Media Gateways (MG) containing each one a (GD, PCS & other boards ...)
After a weekend i checked on different MG and i m realizing that all the boards are out of service.

i did a a incvisu GD command and that shows me the followings results : "CPU demande Reset CPL GD/GD3 (12,0) Cause 7" :

And when i m connected by console to one of the GDs, the GD reboot periodically and just before rebooting it shows this:

Could u please confirm me if it s the same issue, if yes how did u solve it ?

If you have a GD rebooting when connecting to the console port, I have had this happen several times to me. I found out it is your console cable that is bad and when connected to the system, it causes a short and reboots the system.
