Setup an AOM o ACD set OXE

Hi Everyone,

I have a question in the following matter.
I'm having difficulties to setup an 40 keys Extension module for a ACD agent 8038. I'm not sure if it's doable or not.

I can setup the AOM on an standalone (none ACD) handset and it works fine, but not on the ACD agent.

I cannot create multi line key, which is required for set supervision key.

Is there any solution?

first -> logout agent.
second -> create a acd line key
third -> create one or more multiline keys

BUT TAKE CARE!

in my opinion this configuration is not allways handable for the agent.
"private calls" to the agent number make the agents multiline busy, BUT the acd line is allways free. so an acd call will distributed to the agent, when he is in a "private" conversation.
