Double Basule

I'm new to Alcatel and I'm trying to find a documentation on how to do a double basule, kind of step by step procedure?

Why you need this?
It's simple:
- bascul command om main
- waiting when stand-by --> main, old_main --> stand-by (check with role -b and twin commands)
- bascul command om main (previous stand-by)

But why you want to do this?
