I need configulation PCM R2 signal for OXO connect , I can not setup connect OXO connect with PCM R2 to trunk posster office.

That's not a simple task, you'd better find ALU partner or expert or try upwork.com.

Thre is a TC describing PCM R2 installation on OXO. try to find it on ABPS. From what I remember I need to agree with VAD as it is a pretty "blind" operation (from tracing perspective).
