Hi guys
I have this problem for months, I have opened a case with alcatel and the answer is that the provider is the culprit.
Maybe it is, but I have no evidence to say that. After investigating and performing the traces, I see that in BYE the oxo sends it after 30 seconds.
I also realized that it could be some timer to force the release of the channel.
But, I do not find the same one.
Could you help me? I have the traces if they want to see it.

Re: CALL RELEASE AFTER 30 SEC
Check the many answers to this problem. OXO sends the bye because of a previous missing information from your provider. No evidence? Doubt it, the evidence is the missing message coming. Alcatel must have told you which is expected to happen.
What do you expect as evidence? A message saying "hey missing Ok at line 274737"? That won't happen.
Your evidence is the lack of an incoming message.

Hello ,
If your OXO is lower than R.3 OXO CONNECT then return to H323 trunking .I solve it with this way to the customer .
H323 is understanding the release and sends backwards to the provider the message (REL) and works OK
If the OXO grater release and you are forced to use sip then you have to speak with the provider to force the telephone call to be released when the caller goes offhook .
Did not test it but from searching i came up with this conclusion .
Good luck .
