Barring on secondary set

Hi,

I have a dectphone that is defined as secondary set to a 4018 (main set).
I believed that the barring should follow the main set, but they are not able to call external from the dect phone.
If i try to copy barring from main set, to secondary set, I get following message: "this set is a secondary set: Common multiset characteristic have not beenapplied"
How do I give external access to the secondary set?
