Moving to another system

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get a 4070 IO and a mobile 200 working a system that has not had DECT before.

I picked up the 4070 and the 200 on ebay.

I changed the ARI number because I was worried there might be a conflict with the original system the 200 was assigned to.
I then created a handset in Users and Base Stations.
I then went into user's and base stations and made sure the port the 4070 was plugged into was a IBS MASTER.
I then did a GAP reg with the handset and that was sucessfull, and it comes up saying the handset is assigned to an extension number.

But when i try to press a key on the handset nothing happens no menu's nothing.
Radio test mode works.

the only thing i can think is that maybe a need a software key on this new cpu to get a mobile handset to work?

Do you have license for mobile users?

yes you need a DECT user license for each DECT phone.
