Hi, I have my DECT MB8232 got stuck during installation, giving me the message: no response from the system.
I do not have access to the menu, I can not press any key, except the OFF key.
To reset the EPROM, which key sequence should I follow?
I know that the MB200 / 300/400 .. but not that of Mb8232.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards

You have to press OK to open the menu an then enter *7378423* (or *service*). But I don't know if that works, because you say you haven't got access to the menu - just try.

Thank you so much for your reply dbruder!
Unfortunately, this DECT not allow me to do something.
Each time I press a button, tells me the message: no response from the system.
There is a combination of keys to press at the start of devide? as exists for MB300 / 400?
Thank you!

To correctly deregister a dect handset: press OK to go to menu>install>deregister
If using an OXe and you deregister using telnet DECTRM ???? <-- extension, before deregistering the handset using the menu button becomes unavailable
To gain access to the menu button again take the DECT out of radio range and then the menu will then come up where you can menu>install>deregister.
Then you will be able to register via Telnet and DECTINSTON ???? and on the DECT the menu>install>register.
