DECT ERROR

Hello,
I have this error on one of my DECT phones,Gigaset C530.
The error is:

INT1 Please check phone connection.

It is a gigaset dect on 4070IO.

Do you have any ideas?

Please explain more detail:
- the problem exist from the beginning (you cannot register phone) or phone works before
- do you have another set (same type)
- another type sets work or not
