Dect 4070

What PBX does the Dect 4070 Base station connect to, can it be a third party PBX?
There are four connectors in the 4070, does anybody know the connections, bearing in mind that phone lines are 48V

Base station (I think IBS) can be used with Alcatel PBX (OXE, OXO) and can be connected to digital interface (UA or UAI board).
