how to run sli16-2 in previous OXO release i.e Rel 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1 , 7.1 etc....
Any documentation or patch release...

You need to install latest patch for your release available on ABPS. Only from R2.1 I think it is possible.

SLIx-2 BOARD Supported OXO Versions:
The OXO maintenance version:
• 310 / 060.001 (TC1414)
• 410 / 065.001 (TC1415)
• 510 / 059.001 (TC1416)
• 610 / 047.001 (TC1417)
• 710 / 069.001 (please refer follow up document of R710 069.001)
These version are introduced to support the SLIx-2 boards and for security enhancement.
It is mandatory to use OMC 800. all the versions above the mentioned version will support SLI-2.
