PowerCPU EE after Lola with Release 10.3

I have a serious problem with my PowerCPU EE, is done after LOLA with release 10.3, I switch the Jumper and PowerCPUEE not end initiation. The FAN LED does not light and the pin is intermittent , someone knows what this problem is? I auditioned with another PowerCPU and the problem persists.
