Calls failing on a PCM-R2 board

Post by Isalcatel »

Hi, everybody!

in a custumer the people have to try more than 2 times to make a call through a PCM-R2 even with all the 30 chanels free and released by the telephony company.

When they try to make a call listen to the inaccess tone and have to try again and again till get to complete the call.

I've changed the board, but the problem persist. Before that the telephony company verified the link and told it's normal and have no problem with it.

Someone help me please. Is there a configuration or any test I should do?

Pay attention pls. It's OXO thread.

It depends on OXO version whether it's possible to take traces with PhD tool.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
