OmniSwitch OS6450 P10 cant get layer 2 connectivity

Post by ddemers »

Hello,

I am trying to make an OmniSwitch 6450-P10 talk to a switch in production. Currently we have vlan 408 set as management. We have confirmed that the port we are attaching the omni to is set to vlan 408. The below is my omniswitch config and I am confused by the switch on the other side cant seem to even snag the mac-address from my omni let alone let me telnet/ssh/ping anything to it.

Hi there,
Is it possible for you to send a topology so I can understand it better and the configuration of the other end?
Are you using a trunk or an access port to connect?
