Requesting assistance to make the EPBAX Omni PCX Enterprise Live

Dear Sirs

With great concern we wanted to address you a issue with the installation and commissioning of Alcatel EPBAX OMNI PCX Enterprise in Kerala India. We are a 5 star hotel on preopening stage with 108 rooms operated by Ramada of Wyndham Hotels. We purchased the Alcatel EPBAX OMNI PCX Enterprise from a solution provider from Trivandrum,Kerala, India. we are not interested continuing the relation with him hence we request M/S Alcatel to assist us in installing the EPBAX as early as possible since we are at the verge of opening the hotel.
