DAP - Sipmotor E:503

Good morning,
I have a very strange problem that is causing me a headache... I have a customer using an Alcatel PBX OmniPCX Enterprise with sip dect provided by NEC. For logistic operations, sometimes, the time has to be changed +1 hour or -1 hour.
When time is moved one hour forward, the system is working fine, meanwhile, when is moved one hour back, dect stops to work and on the dap manager page for each subscriber the message "E:503" appears.
The only way to make dect to work again is to kill the sipmotor service on the pabx.
Both pabx and dap manager are synchronizing the time with a central server via ntp.
Do you have a suggestion on how to fix it? Thanks

try to setup an IP domain with a different time zone, and set the sip DECT to this time zone ?
