Incoming problem in pcm trunk group

Hi All
My System is upgraded in last June from R3.0 to R7.1 and whole system is working fine.Six pcm card configured in one trunk group (combined/mixed)with Nortel Passport. Sometimes Incoming call blocked in this passport, but outgoing calls have no problem. In that time other pcm trunk group(combined/mixed) has no problem. Passport engineer says it is software problem of alcatel exchange. I reset the pcm card one by one, but problem is remain same.This problem is solved when the mvpe card of passport is reset. It is definetly problem of mvpe card of passport. But how can I proved that this is the passport problem? The passport software version is upgraded in june also, but patch is not upgraded. Please help me. If any command/procedure available to see the incoming digit in pcm trunk group(combined/mixed), then kindly help me.
