Config users_lines is not ok! (tsa_maintenance)

Post by nowi_DUP »

Hi,

using tsa_maintenance I always see "Config users_lines is not ok".

What does this mean?

I could do a 57 Force loading users and when adding a UC user the correct info in added in OTUC.

I just want to know if this is a problem or not. Call me "overcautious".

Ciao,

I always had that when I forgot to apply (confirming) data on Call Server. After doing it (click apply) and a restart "problem" was gone...

Hmmm...

did not work for me....

The only Alarm I see is PBX MNGT Service

Problem during start PMS due to problem with DataAccess or Acapi.

have to say that this is a HA installation and the STDBY Server is not yet running. This will be done by Pro Services later on.
