Omniswitch has incorrect local route

Hi guys, I've got a weird one.
I have an omniswitch 6250 which used to be the gateway of our phone network and now it's not, I've changed the IP address but it's still trying to use itself as the gateway... there's a local route trying to send it's traffic to itself and I can't find a way to edit or remove it. Any suggestions or help would be welcome, I tried searching through here but can't seem to find anyone with the same issue
