Unable to Open Oxe document

Morning All,

Am unable to open Oxe system documentation -EN for all the releases my computer is using windows 10 pro 64 bits.
After running the program below is the error am getting please assist.

I am not sure the old documentation are still working.
They required a local web server to run (Apache). The new documentation available on this web site or the BPWS has a bunch of PDF Files.
Clearly not the best way to do it, but that will most likely fix your issue

firs exit your document from toolbar near the clock if its open then put your document in root of drive that windows was installed (for example c:/) and restart your windows.my problem is solved by this action
also in windows firewall allow apache.exe
