About internet IP-Cam

I setup an ip-cam outside my local ethernet, and verify it work success when I use internet access the view.
But inside Alcatel Brick Firewall , I can't watch the view with RTSP over http protocol.
So I swicth to RTSP over TCP and it works fine.
Can anyone tell me how to configure my firewall and work with RTSP over http protocol
