UNABLE TO LOAD STACK MANAGER LIBRARY ABORT!

I have a switch that won’t boot. I was trying to get it to work in a stack. I used the STACK SET SLOT command but it didn’t work. I used the command again to set it back to position one. Now it won’t boot. I get a message UNABLE TO LOAD STACK MANAGER LIBRARY ABORT!. Can anyone please help?
