What is the BFD, OSPF, ISS, ICC mean.. how can they make impact to 7450 cpu usage router. Thanks for your help

BFD, OSPF and IS-IS are all routing protocols.

ICC is a protocol the CPM uses to communicate with the linecards. If a card becomes unresponsive, you might see an ICC timeout error.

In your example, none of the above groups are using much CPU.
