Question by memory in 7450

Hello! Sorry for my Inglish language.
Please help me. Im not find information about memory instaled to 7450 ess. We need use 7450 ess to BGP router for 2 provider with full view.
Question: How many memory installed in to 7450 ess? Will there be enough memory for receiving the 2 tables full view?
PS: I find information that 7450 ess-1 and 7750 SR-1 has the same hardware. Confuses that one - switch, and the other - router.
