MACs on 2 Switches cannot be seen.

We have a voice service VPLS over LSPs from several remote locations pointing back to a central office 7450-ESS-6. At two of these locations the MAC addresses populate on that remote switch fdb and back on our local OKC Switch fdb, but the MACs are not present on the fdb of each other over the sdp. One of the ends is a 7450-ESS-1 the other a 7210-SAS-M. All higher layer functions like ping, telnet and http are disabled between the two remote sites.

The 7450 and 7210 are physically connected through 2 routed ports over a microwave hop. All other VPLS through points appear to be working as intended.

What might be some things to look at to see why MACs are being blocked on this VPLS from forwarding to each other? Might it be a BPDU translation problem?
