I'm getting error messages that repeat every few minutes that look like this:

426125 2017/12/15 15:19:16.11 PST WARNING: SYSTEM #2008 Base MPLS

Found on every node in the ring, but not on spurs. Same error message but different IP addresses on another ring:

I don't know what it means, guessing it's trying to create an LSP path because when I create a path I get a similar message, but without the delete part. The .24 IP is a routed interface to a neighboring node, not the system interface.

I have checked all the mpls paths, lsp's, sdp's and services on the .19 node and everything appears to be configured correctly.
