Alcatel nodeB Reporting IP RAN/0 FAILURE

Hello Gents,

I configured 2 interfaces on my SR12-7750, providing transport IP for 2 two nodeB's . But one is working correctly, but another NodeB is reporting the alarm IP RAN/0 FAILURE . The configs are the same on both sides ( SR and NodeB )... plz help.

configure service vprn 10
interface to_VLK_Madeira create
address 10.101.7.242/30
sap 1/1/8:620 create
no shutdown
exit

The IP´s adresses were being used by other nodes. Thanks ...
