Tunnel GRE ALUs X Other Manufacturers

Hi,

I would like to know if it would be possible to close a GRE tunnel between an Alcatel 7750 and a RouterBoard Mikrotik or cisco for example, I know we can use SDP / GRE between ALUs, but I read in posts on the internet that it would be impossible using other manufacturers. I also found it very difficult to find a solution. Does anyone have this scenario or have you had this experience?
